Kung-fu simply put means to master something not necessarily martial art style but because of the translations it was associated to describe a system of Chinese arts. The concept of this martial arts is to be able to incorporate it into all aspects of your life. The combination of martial arts systems we practice today is called Liu He Ba Fa Twan FA. To master this system is to master a new form and use it as a formula to incorporate into all aspects of your life. 

Like in life you do not wake up in the morning and predict your day. You must adapt to your day. The art of adaptation is Kung-fu, to fight with no preconceived system by taking advantage of your surrounding and opponent's weakness to your advantage is to master. Liu He Ba fa is one of the highest forms of internal martial arts and has been a closely guarded one. Taught in Chinese from generation to generation, only a handful of students were chosen, created to benefit one's health, strengthen the body, rid the body of sickness, and to attain longevity, Liu He Ba Fa is a unique form of internal martial arts through the acts of the rebellious Grand Master Wailun Choi that hand selected highly accomplished martial artists Westerners to pass on, translate, and westernize the system into what we practice today. Waterboxing or Liu He Ba Twan Fa is a philosophy of action, the Chinese art of self-defense. Literally translated it means the combination of Pakwa, Taichi and Tsigne. Pakwa is circular motion, Taichi is internal exercise to achieve chi Tsigni is simultaneous block and punch .Although these are simplified definitions, please remember that they are independently complete systems. Traditional martial artists would also know this system as Waterboxing. In an effort to future of the martial arts, the system we practice includes Lame and Wing Chung systems.

Based on fighting with the hands an attack may be either evaded or else it is blocked. This allows for our system to continue evolving. I believe in the quality of your training.
